Please be reassured that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Event Refund/Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If your cancellation is received nine (9) days in advance of The NPA Expansive Weekend, your tuition will be refunded less a £75 processing fee, or can be transferred to a future event. If you do not send advance written notice of your cancellation, if you do not attend, or if you leave The NPA Expansive Weekend prior to its conclusion, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Product Delivery:

Hard (non-digital) products should be with you within 14 days. In the unlikely event that you have not received anything by then, please contact us. Products will be sent by Royal Mail. Details and instructions for digital delivery will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Product Returns Policy:

Unwanted Items: We are happy to refund unwanted hard (non-digital) products that are returned to us within 21 days and in the condition they were sent. Please note that in the case of CD's & DVD's this means the cellophane wrapper must still be intact. Please send the items to the returns address below. Please enclose a note quoting your order number, the items you are returning, and stating that the items are unwanted, and you require a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please send faulty or incorrect items to the address below. Please enclose a note quoting your order number, what you are returning, the nature of the fault, and specifying whether you require the correct item to be sent out, or a refund.

Damaged Items: If the damage is limited to standard cases, please visit the 'contact' section of the "About" page, email us with details of the damaged cases and we can send replacements out to you. If the damage affects the product itself, the libretto or any non-standard packaging, please follow the instructions for faulty items.

All goods that are returned to us are the responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send goods by registered post. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
